VRATNIK

Vratnik is mountainous village, 15 km away from Senj over the Vratnik pass which is 600 m over the sea levell. Even in the Roman times, it was a stop for the post, cusstoms and traffic control. The local church of St. Michael, the shop, the Post Office, the school and some inns offer a pleasant break on the way to the sea-side or in the interior of the Lika area.
